Back in 2003, I had the good fortune of meeting Polly in the very first yoga class she taught… She had a special way with handling the spirituality that goes along with yoga, and a very soothing voice- that I looked forward to hearing each week what she had to say… Through all these years since then- she has developed even more wisdom about life, and how we can handle it more peacefully and in healthy ways, too. I look back with fond memories attending the yoga classes at the Federated Family Life for many years.
